Can you guess what it is yet?
Actually this photo shows three of the tools we have made up, to show how the nuts have been machined ensuring the bearing is pushed in square to the gudgeon. One is male so that the bearing locates centrally; the other side is female to allow the bearing to sit proud of the gudgeon as it is pressed through. The stud is made in A4 stainless and the hex nuts are nickel plated so it won’t rust away in the bottom of your toolbox!
